Description
The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Horizon UHPLC system is applied for the analysis of sulfa drugs. To help ensure food safety the analysis of antibiotic drugs and drug residues in products of animal origin has become an important element. Sulfonamides are a common class of synthetic antimicrobials that are widely used in human and in veterinary medicine and as feed additives to promote growth in concentrated animal feeding operations.
