Description

以甲苯为溶剂，提取母乳和奶粉中的脂肪酸，经乙酰氯-甲醇进行甲酯化后，用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定脂肪酸甲酯的含量，全扫描方式采集数据，单个离子进行定量。结果表明该方法线性良好，方法简便快速。
