Fast determination of 4,4'-methylene bisphenyl isocyanate (MDI) by OSHA Method 47 on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2) column

In this work the suitability of the Thermo Scientific Acclaim PA2 5 µm column for OHSA method 47 for the testing of workplace air for contamination. With a total run time of 8 minutes the method allows the separation of the isocyantate derivates and the matrix from each other.
