The Thermo Scientific Acclaim Surfactant Plus column and charged aerosol detection are powerfully combined in the Thermo Scientific Vanquish UHPLC system to quickly characterize a complex mixture of chelants, ionic and non-ionic surfactants from a multipurpose alkaline cleaning concentrate. Because the charged aerosol detector can quantify any non-volatine analyte separated by HPLC, this method could be made quantitative for use in cleaning validation studies.
