As part of the lipid-based delivery system for these bio-therapeutic agents, their quality needs to be determined. DDAB, dimethyldioctadecylammonium bromide, is such a lipid, and using the Vanquish UHPLC with the universal Corona charged aerosol detector, many impurities were separated and can be quantified.
