The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of nicotine, cotinine and trans-3-hydroxycotinine in urine. The samples were prepared using a SOLA SCX solid phase extraction (SPE) 96 well plate, and the separation performed in under 6 minutes on a Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18 HPLC column, with MS/MS detection.
