Reaction monitoring of fexofenadine API using a PFP HPLC column
Instrument Type: HPLCThe Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 HPLC system was applied for the reaction monitoring of fexofenadine and its impurities during the synthesis of fexofenadine API. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore PFP HPLC column resolution of 2.5 between fexofenadine and its meta isomer was achieved.
