Improving sensitivity with SOLAμ for analytes susceptible to issues during pre-concentration dry down

The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 system is applied to demonstrate the use of Thermo Scientific SOLAμ SPE product for the extraction of analytes such as Ibuprofen which are susceptible to loss or degradation during evaporation and reconstitution. The use of a Thermo Scientific Accucore HPLC column provided fast and efficient separation without the need for an ultra high pressure system. MS/MS detection was performed on a Thermo Scientific TSQ Vantage mass spectrometer. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
