An improved separation of isoflavones in red clover using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 HPLC column
Instrument Type: HPLCThe Thermo Scientific Dionex Accelerated Solvent Extractor system (ASE) system was used to extract the red clover samples with reduced time and solvent use. Thermo Scientific Acclaim C18 5 μm column was used to separate the isoflavones extracted from red clover in a run time under 25 minutes.
