Targeted analysis of 6 pesticides in milk utilising a QuEChERS sample preparation approach and GC-MS detection

The Thermo Scientific Trace 13xx series GC with ISQ is applied for the detection of pesticides in milk. Sample analysis was performed utilising a QuEChERS extraction/cleanup workflow followed by separation on a Thermo Scientific TraceGOLD TG-5SilMS 30m x 0.25mm, 0.25µm column with MS detection.
