Determination of L-Fucose, D-Galactosamine, D-Glucosamine, D-Galactose, D-Glucose and D-Mannose Using the CarboPac PA20 Column QAR Method

A simple HPAE-PAD method for the direct determination of monosaccharides by Reagent Free ICS 5000+ system, requiring only deionized water to electrolytically produce a KOH eluent. The method in this record is the Quality Assurance Report (QAR) method, and therefore can be used to test the performance of a Thermo Scientific Dionex CarboPac PA20 column. An ICS-6000 can be used for this application.
