Improved analysis of ursolic acid in apple peel

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 RSLC system is applied for the analysis of ursolic acid in apple peel. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim C30 column, with UV detection at 210 nm. Chromatogram A is extracted Fuji apple, chromatogram B is extracted red delicious apple and chromatogram C is standards at 100 μg/mL.
