Fast separation of impurities in aceclofenac solid dosage formulation using a reversed-phase HPLC-UV method
Instrument Type: HPLCThe Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 system is applied for the fast separation of the impurities present in the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug aceclofenac in solid dosage formulation. The separation was performed in less than 16 minutes using a Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18 5 µm column with UV detection at 275 nm.
