Morpholine has been used in the production of many types of therapeutic agents, such as linezolid, a synthetic antobiotic of the oxazolidinone class. This application describes an IC method for the determination of low ug/L concentrations of morpholine in linezolid using a Reagent-Free IC (RFIC) system with suppressed conductivity detection.
