Enhanced analysis of volatile amines by OSHA Method 60 using normal-phase chromatography with the Thermo Scientific Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC-1 HPLC column
Description
The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 system is applied for the analysis of volatile amines. In this work, 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate (NITC) reacts with amines in an air sampling tube, to produce a UV-absorbing thiourea derivative. The Thermo Scientific Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC-1 column easily separates the derivatives using normal phase chromatography as per OSHA Method 60.| Market: | Environmental |
