Related substance and assay analysis of Rosuvastatin as per BP/EP methods using an Acclaim C18 HPLC column
Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of related substance and assay of Rosuvastatin as per BP/EP. The analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 HPLC column using the method described in the BP/EP monograph. The results obtained were found to be within acceptance criteria as stated in the monograph. Resolution between Rosuvastatin and Impurity B was found to be 3.75 (criteria is not less than 2.0).| Market: | Pharma |
