AN1157: Determination of Organic Acids in Kombucha Using a High-Pressure Ion Chromatography System
Description
This work used the properties of the 4-μm-particle-size Dionex IonPac AS11-HC-4μm column, combined with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-5000+ HPIC system, to produce a high-resolution separation of organic acids and inorganic anions in kombucha samples, enabling accurate determinations of those analytes.
