Rapid determination of lamivudine using the USP method and a Thermo Scientific Accucore aQ HPLC column
Description
The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of lamivudine. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore aQ HPLC column in less than 5 minutes, with UV detection at 277 nm.
