Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 HPLC system was applied for the impurity analysis of loratadine in formulation. The Thermo Scientific Hypersil GOLD HPLC column performed the separation of loratadine and its impurities in 55 minutes with UV detection at 254 nm.
