Baseline separation of chlortalidone and related impurity using HPLC-UV without an ion-pair reagent in the mobile phase Be the first to rate this application

Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 system is applied for the separation of chlortalidone and related impurity. The USP method uses an ion-pair reagent in the mobile phase. In this work, the separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypersil Acclaim 120 C18 HPLC column with ammonium acetate buffer in the mobile phase instead of an ion-pair reagent to achieve baseline resolution.
