Baseline separation of chlortalidone and related impurity using HPLC-UV without an ion-pair reagent in the mobile phase
Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 system is applied for the separation of chlortalidone and related impurity. The USP method uses an ion-pair reagent in the mobile phase. In this work, the separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypersil Acclaim 120 C18 HPLC column with ammonium acetate buffer in the mobile phase instead of an ion-pair reagent to achieve baseline resolution.| Market: | Pharma |
