AN135 (c): Determination of Inorganic Anions in Wastewater by Ion Chromatography

Instrument Type: IC

The determination of common inorganic anions in environmental waters is one of the most important applications of ion chromatography (IC). This Application Note describes the determination of inorganic anions in wastewater and other environmental waters using conditions that are consistent with those in U.S. EPA Method 300.0. In addition to the Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac AS4A-SC column, the Dionex IonPac AS14 and Dionex IonPac AS9-HC column are also discussed as options for this method. See AN 135 (a), (b), and (c), respectively.
