Estimation of Sucralfate content in Sucralfate suspension sample using UV detection.

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the detection of Sucralfate. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypersil Gold aQ column. The linearity is established between concentrations of 250 ppm to 3000 ppm. The obtained regression for 6 different concentrations is 0.999. The LOD of the method is set for concentration of 250 ppm. The LOQ of the method is set as concentration of 500 ppm.
