In the existing published literature, there is little in vivo research on acotinib, especially the research on the metabolic mechanism in vivo is not perfect, so the identification of metabolites of acotinib in vivo is particularly important. Based on exploring the metabolic process of acotinib in vivo, this experiment established a simple HPLC-MS method, processed the data with the drug metabolism process of compound discoverer 3.1 software, and finally identified 15 metabolites, which can provide an important reference basis for the follow-up in vivo study of acotinib.
