Description

This work demonstrated quantitative targeted peptide analysis using the TSQ Certis triple quadrupole mass spectrometer coupled with the Vanquish Neo UHPLC system. With the OptiSpray ion source and cartridge columns optimized for nano- and capillary flow (<5 µL/min), the platform delivered strong reproducibility, retention time stability, and sensitivity for an 82-peptide plasma biomarker panel.
