AN002338: Quantitation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in aqueous samples by LC-MS/MS following EPA Draft Method 1633
Description
PFAS are per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. The chemical nature of the C-F bonds makes these compounds extremely stable. Hence, PFAS have been given the term “forever compounds”. This application note will present data for measuring 40 PFAS in fortified water samples following the third draft of EPA Method 1633. An MDL study was conducted in reagent water to demonstrate that equivalent or better performance can be attained using the Thermo Scientific™ Vanquish™ Flex Binary UHPLC system and Thermo Scientific™ TSQ™ Quantis Plus mass spectrometer.Market: | Environmental |
