Ropinorile assay as per USPNF 2021 ISSUE 1 on UltiMate 3000 HPLC system
Description
The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 RS HPLC System is applied for the assay of Ropinirole. The analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypersil Gold C8 HPLC column using USPNF 2021 ISSUE 1 method. The results obtained for % RSD of Standard solution meets the criteria stated in USPNF 2021 ISSUE 1. The results obtained for standard solution is 0.4 % USP criteria NMT 1.0 %. The tailing factor criteria stated NMT 1.6 and obtained results was 1.07 on UltiMate 3000 RS HPLC System.| Market: | Pharma |
