Amoxicillin-Assay as per EP on UltiMate 3000 RS HPLC System.
Description
The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 RS HPLC System was used for the assay of Amoxicillin . The analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific Syncronis aQ HPLC column using the method described in the EP-11.0 . The % RSD obtained for repeatability of reference solution (a) met the criteria stated in the EP-11.0. The result obtained for reference solution (a) is 0.24 %. (EP criteria of minimum 1.0 after 6 injections) for the Amoxycillin-Assay as per EP 11.0 on UltiMate 3000 RS HPLC System.| Market: | Pharma |
