Rapid analysis of nine antioxidants in cooking oil (采用UHPLC法快速分析食用油中的九种抗氧化剂)

Description
In this paper, by using small size packing column, A UHPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of propyl gallate (PG), 2,4, 5-trihydroxybutanone (THBP), tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), demethyldihydroguaiacic acid (NDGA), tert-butylp-hydroxyanisole (BHA), 2, 6-ditert-butyl-4-hydroxymethyl phenol (IONox-10) in edible oil 0), octyl gallate (OG), 2, 6-di-tert-butylp-methyl phenol (BHT), dodecyl gallate (DG)9 antioxidant solutions. The method has a short analysis time, and can complete the separation of nine antioxidants in 11 minutes.Market: | Food and Beverage |
