AU000610: Determination of Trace Organic Acids and Inorganic Anions in Boric Acid-Treated Power Plant Waters using an Automated Reagent-Free Ion Chromatography System Be the first to rate this application

Description

Ion chromatography (IC) is an indispensable technique for the determination of trace concentrations of ionic impurities found in power plant waters. Dionex AN185 describes an automated RFIC method for the determination of trace anions in borated waters. This work updates AN185 with a Dionex IonPac AS28-Fast-4μm column for improved peak efficiencies and resolution, the IC instrument, and consumables. The calibration ranges, detection limits, precision, and accuracy of this method for determining trace anionic impurities in borated samples are described.
