Description

The aim of this application note is to demonstrate the suitability of the Thermo Scientific™ TSQ™ 9000 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer coupled to the Thermo Scientific™ TRACE™ 1310 gas chromatograph for the analysis of 12 nitrosamines in drug substance. The linearity of the new Thermo Scientific™ TSQ™ 9610 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer NeverVent AEI equipped with the DynaMax™ XTEND XR electron multiplier detector was also tested for nitrosamines.
