AN73827: Determination of Nitrite and Nitrate in Sugar using Ion Chromatography
Description
Natural sugar products are material used for food and animal feed. Nitrite and nitrate are undesirable substances in sugar products. Here, an IC method was developed and validated using a 2 mm version of the Dionex IonPac AS11-HC-4μm column for the determination of nitrite and nitrate in sugar samples. The method is sensitive and accurate. It can be used to determine nitrite and nitrate in sugar products for regulatory monitoring.| Market: | Food and Beverage |
