Here, we employed IC to measure calcium, potassium,and sodium in rice and wheat flours. The method uses a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonPac™ CS16 column, an electrolytically generated methanesulfonic acid (MSA) eluent, and suppressed conductivity detection on a Reagent-Free™ Ion Chromatography (RFIC™) system.
