vitamin d biomarkers plasma sensitive reproducible quantitation with sola hrp 30 mg spe for clinical research

Description

Vitamin D is widely monitored and used as an indicator for skeletal health in both children and adults, with deficiencies resulting in both rickets and osteoporosis. The active hormone is not easily monitored, so the clinically preferred method for assessing a subject's vitmain D status is by monitoring two associated metabolites: 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3. This application uses new SOLA HRP 30 mg SPE 96-well plates to maximise sensitivity gains for the quantitiation of these biomarkers from human plasma and is validated for clinical research.
