Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for assay and organic impurities analysis of buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual tablets. The analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific Syncronis Phenyl HPLC column using the method described in the USP 42. The observed results met the system suitability criteria for both assay and organic impurities test parameters.
