HPLC charged aerosol detector analysis of polysorbate 80 and insulin in a biopharmaceutical formulation
Description
This application shows a method for HPLC-CAD analysis of polysorbate 80 and insulin in a biopharmaceutical formulation. The characterization and quantification of polysorbates is difficult because these compounds are heterogeneous mixtures with no chromophore. Because polysorbates are used in final formulations, determination of lot-to-lot variability is critical to both the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.Market: | BioPharma |
