Detection and quantification of potential fragrance allergens in complex matrices using GC Orbitrap MS technology
DescriptionIn this work the performance of an Orbitrap-based GC-MS was tested for the analysis of 57 potential fragrance allergens (60 analytes including isomers). Using the unparalleled high resolving power, linear dynamic range, and sensitivity, these potentially allergenic compounds were confidently detected, identified, and quantified at low to high concentration levels in a robust manner and from possibly complex samples.
