Application of Ultimate 3000 HPLC for rapid analysis of Vitamin-A&E in human blood
Description
A rapid detection method for vitamin A and E in blood samples was established based on the Thermo Fisher Scientific Ultimate 3000 HPLC platform in this paper, with a good linear relationship in Vitamin A and E suitable concentration range. The reproducibility of three consecutive peak area RSD 0.56% meets the specified testing requirements. This method is of guiding significance for the detection of vitamin A and E in blood samples.
