High-throughput capillary-flow LC-MS proteomics with maximum MS utilization
Description
Here we describe an example of our high throughput proteomics applications. Using the UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano system, the presented intelligent method setup affords a total cycle time of only 8 min with a 6 min peptide elution window by employing advanced washing steps that are executed in parallel with a high speed (1.5µL/min) separation on a nano (75µm I.D.) column. The method is fully customizable and can be altered in seconds to increase the peptide elution window by 2, 5, 10, … minutes according to the sample complexity or depth of proteome coverage you require.Market: | Proteomics |
