本方法参照《2015 年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》和《2015 年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》中有关工业染料的检测方法进行的相关测试。 本文对手册中的样品的前处理方法进行了研究，对比发现乙腈的提取效果更好，回收率更高；滤膜材质对红 2G 的测试结果的影响很大，聚四氟乙烯材质的滤膜对工业染料的吸附较小，能够提高测试结果的准确性；定容溶剂对红2G 峰展宽有较大影响，提高定溶液水相的比例有助于降低红 2G 的峰扩散效应，提高红 2G 的灵敏度和检出限。| Market: | Food and Beverage |
